Christoph Miller

On February 10th, 2015, rockets were fired at the city of Kramatorsk and left 9 civilians dead and more than 30 wounded. The International Partnership for Human Rights (IPHR) sent in a team to investigate the incident and released a report with their findings.

They come to the conclusion that the rockets were fired from an area controlled by DPR-fighters and consider the attack to be a war crime, looking at its scale and indiscriminatory nature.
